Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I want to move out of state but I know my daughters father, who we have joint cusody and he pays child support and excercises his non custodial rights by taking her every weekend(we were never married)would try to take her and/or stop me from leaving, what can I do? I can't find work and want to provide better for my kids. S.O.S!

You can seek permission to relocate from the Court IF you can allege that the move is so good for the child, it outweighs that she will then only have long distance access with her Father. Such can be a difficult burden to prove.
