Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Question about filing a lawsuit about emotional stress.

My finacee recently broke up with me after we were together for over 7 years. My questions is do I have the right to file a lawsuit against her on the grounds of emotional stress. When we were together she had stole money, checks, and even a credit card, but I overlooked it because I was in love with her. She has also been convicted of stealing checks from her ex husband and using his social security number to obtain credit cards. Over the last seven years I have spent countless amounts of money on her. Is there any thing I can legally do to sue her for wasting the last seven years of my life and reclaim some of the money I have lost?

This is a complicated matter and if you want to discuss , please call 1-800-677-1010 for a $50.00 phone consultation. You dont' have community property rights like a spouse but under certain circumstances, unmarried couples can sue each other. Keith Knochel, [email protected].
