Relinquish Rights in Arizona

My ex has custody of my 3 year old son. We were not married but, I am the father. I signed the birth certificate and I've signed paternity papers when he was born. They now live in Arizona. I've been in prison for 6 months in Illinois. I've paid minimal child support since my release about 4 month's ago but have paid within the past 6 months. Can she relinquish my rights as a father by putting an ad in the Illinois or Arizona newspaper's? Her current boyfriend wants to adopt my son after they get married. How can I keep this from happening?

You have due process rights. You need to have notice etc. You need to contact an AZ attorney.
