Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex wife and I got back together but never remarried. We have lived in my home the past 4 years. We are separating,and I agreed to give her money to assist her with a down payment for a home. We live in Arizona. What form of payment method should I use?

Well, that is entirely up to you. First of all, you don't have to help her get another place to live, but that's very generous of you. I would recommend a check or money order so you have a way to document the gift.
