Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona

I was assaulted a my nose was fractured by my boyfriend.I waited two wks. to file charges,so I'm not sure if he will be charged.Can I still file a civil suit for doctor bills even if their isn't a crimal indictment?

Of course you can. The prosecutor's decision is completely unrelated to your right to sue.

I strongly encourage you to at least consult with a lawyer before you sue. You may be entitled to much more than just "doctor bills". Then again, if your boyfriend (who is by now hopefully your ex) has no money, suing him might not make much sense.
