Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona
At a holiday dinner held at our place of residents last easter, a friend of the family was bit by our pet pitbull. Prior to the incident our guests were all aware of that our pet was not tied up and not to open the arcadia door. Unfortunately, a guest did open the door and as result she went to step outside and our dog, feeling threatened, bit her. She filed lawsuit and I wneed to know what to do.

In the "ole days" there was a saying that "Every dog gets one free bite." This is no longer the law, especially with pit bulls. Given the reputation of pitbulls you need to hire an attorney to avoid some serious damages from being awarded against you. If you want to talk to us about it, contact Tom Gadd, my Intake Paralegal. We all love our pets. I hope the dog is worth what it will cost in you in damages or legal fees.
