Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Arizona
I won a judgement in Arizona Superior Court. Unfortunately, it was a judgement that required the Defendant to turn over property to me within 5 days of the ruling. It has been 4 years now and he has made no attempt to comply with the judgement. Is there any legal recourse I have in order to enforce this judgement? If there is no legal recourse, can I file the same lawsuit in order to get a financial judgement?

Judgment are valid for 5 yrs in Arizona, and must be renewed prior to the 5 year deadline in order for it to remain enforceable. I would have to see your judgment for a better response. However, generally, you can request a writ from the court which will allow you to seize the property.
