Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

Ihad a baby in USA and asked for AHCCCS i was approved I and had a tourist visa only, I want to renew the visa but I was wondering if there a posibility that the border patrols know waht I did, is there a osibility that they can refuse my aplication? I live in mexico now

Yes, a visitor's visa or/and admission can be denied. You are under obligation to disclose having a US-born child in your new visa application. And also have to explain how did you pay your medical bills.
