I am marrided to a Brazilain national, I am a US citizen. How can I make our marriage legal in the US?

If the marriage is recognized in Brazil and is not against public policy in the United States, it will be recognized by immigration. I will recommend hiring a lawyer to help. You will need to file the I-130 and then there will be other documents and forms to file accordingly.

Your marriage should be married assuming it was a legal marriage performed in Brazil.
