Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

I was in an accident in 4-o5. Hit by a under aged drunk driver who crossed over 5 lane and hit almost head on. My drivers side window was blown out by the side of my head. Suffered 3 bulging discs in my neck. Is there anyway to settle this case leaving any future problems from existing injury open?

Yes, but all facts need to be reviewed. There may be issues of med pay, UIM, UM, subrogation, medical liens, policy limits, and other issues as well.
