Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Childhood sexual abuse for 4 years

I would like to know if I have a potential cause of action against my ex step-father with consideration to the statute of limitations. He was sentenced to 17 years in prison and will be released in 2008. I've heard that he has a huge amount of money awaiting him upon his release from prison due to a medical malpractice suit/wrongful death suit that was brought on behalf of his deceased father.Two years ago, I was informed that I have PTSD, Depression, and anxiety disorder. Since then, my emotional pain and suffering has gotten worse. I cannot run a productive and healthy life because this person has taken away my dignity and happiness.

What is the statute of limitations for such a matter? Do I have to wait until he actually released from prison???

Is this an Arizona case? Conduct of your step-father occurred in Arizona? He is in Arizona? What is your age?
