Limits in payments

If you have a limit in payment say 15000.00 per person and 30,000.00 an accident can you go for more money if you expenses are more from your own insurance company??

You can if you have Underinsured Motorist Coverage (UIM). Also, when we handle cases we routinely negotiate medical liens if there is not enought insurance to cover the case.
