This is a very unusual question, with no facts, no details of the case or alleged case, so here is the answer to the extremely limited question:

Slander law is part of the body of tort law that comes from the common law, which is state by state and has roots in the English common law. There is no "code" for the common law. It arises from legal precedents, traditions from the cases decided over the decades and centuries. To my knowledge Arizona has no statutory cause of action.
