Slipped and Fell in Kroger Store

Hell Yes I slipped and fell in a kroger store in the H2O aisle as there was water

on the floor and did not see it and slipped. The stire had no wet signs visible at

the time until after the accident, also my back and leg has been causing me

severe pain since the fall and also am an HIV patient with Neuropathy which has

gotten steadily worse since the accident how should I proceed?
