Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

home for sale

our home is for sale and we lost a sale because we have neighbors who have dogs that bark whenever someone comes to our front door or when we go out into our back yard. we have contacted our hoa and also spoken to our neighbors with little improvement. Do we have legal recourse here, especially since we have already lost a sale because they refuse to deal with their dogs bad behavior. the dogs bark at all hours of the day or night. I would appreciate any advice.

Make a complaint to the police, there are ordinances against such nuisances. I do not know what your HOA rules or CC&Rs might provide, read them carefully.
