bankruptcy asset inclusion

is my 401k funds exempt from seizure when i file bankruptcy?if not what measure(s) should be taken for protection?

I assume you are talking about a Chapter 7 BR?

There are a lot of different type of 401k plans. It depends on what type it is. Often, it is exempt but I would have to know more to tell you for certain.
