Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
debts after discharge
Ok, we've been discharged from our chapter 13 filing and we are wondering what happens to the debts listed on our credit report that were included in the bankruptcy that are still showing we owe the debt and not listed as part of the bankruptcy?
thank you

Re: debts after discharge
I'm unclear by what you meant. Were these debts listed as part of the BR or were they not listed? Did you pay these debts? A credit report will usually show debts that are not paid and ones that have been extinguished through bankruptcy.
