In a descrimination & sexual harassment lawsuit, can one officer of a legal corporation be excluded if he is not the guilty party? Or does the corpration bear full resposiblity for his actions?

The one person can be excluded personally if he is not personally named. If, however, that person is an officer of the corporation, he or she may be included in the suit of the corporation.
It may not sound like a difference, but it has to do with whether they can sue for an individual's property, or just that of the corporation.
I really need more details to tell you for sure.
