Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

A couple has been married 14 years. In December 2010 it will be 15 years.

They start divorce proceedings in June/July 2010.

Is she entitled to any of his retirement?

It depends on the terms of his retirement plan. It most instances she would be entitled to one-half.
