Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

i was earning $19.50 per hr when i got divorced, child support was $145 per week. i am now earning $9.00 per hr and my ex wife says that i still owe her $145 per week for child support even though i earn $10 less per hour. how can i adjust my child support payments w/o going back to court.

It doesn't sound like she'll agree to lower your support payments. If she will then file a motion to reduce child support and get her to sign an agreed order. If she won't then file a motion to reduce support and ask for a hearing.
