Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

my husband refuses to help pay on the bills,he wont file for divorcee himself and he is draining me. I had the house before I met him .Is there anything i can do to get him to move or help pay for the bills.W e have two children 13 and 16.

You can file for divorce and ask for a temporary hearing for temporary support. At the hearing the judge can order your husband out of the house and to pay child support.
