Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

I suspected my husband was cheating and then I found a headband in my bed. I confronted him, he confessed but swears they didn't have sex, she's pregnant, swears its not his, and he chose her over me. Now, he wants back together...I want him out of my life. We've not even been married a year, dated for 5 years, I bought the house before we were married, camper was in my parents and my name before we were married. I kicked him out, bagged up his stuff and his dad picked it up. I don't know what legal steps to take.

You should file for divorce if there is no chance for reconciliation. He may not be truthful with you regarding the pregnancy. If that is the case and you to get back together then he will be paying child support until that child turns 18.
