Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

I will be getting married soon and I would like to move to another state. My ex is a real pain and he does not want me to be happy. What can I do? The move will be for the better, because the soon to be husband has a great job that has benifits that he will be able to cover both of us and I will have a better job. I cant afford another lawyer due to still making payments on my divorce and custody battle. I do have full custody of the minor child. I live in Arkansas and Want to move to Mississippi, which is only an hour away, and I am willing to drive 1/2 way for the visitations. Please Help

It should not be a problem as long as there are no prohibitions in your divorce decree and it will help you get a better job.
