Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arkansas
If someone wanted to marry someone from Ghana. I know you have to file for a petition of a finance and seen each other at least once within 2 years of filling for it. However this can be wavier by two exceptions. The one that i don't understand States this. "You must prove that the requirements to meet would result in extreme hardship" My question is what is consider as extreme hardship. Examples Please

Example: a US citizen petitioner is blind, severely disabled, in a wheelchair, etc - and can't possibly travel to Ghana.
For a Fiancee visa, you have to have proof that you met in person and then decided to marry. To have the meeting in person requirement waived is very difficult.
