Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

AR honor IL will?

I have a relatively simple will drawn by an attorney in Illinois, but have now moved to Arkansas. Will leaves everything to 3 children per stirpes, and is about $500k, with brother as executor. Will the State of Arkansas honor this will?

A "simple" will, wherever drawn, probably would be honored in Arkansas. The quetions you should be attentive to are where will probate take place and where is any real estate located. Please advise if you want me to look at the will. Thank you.
