father`s will;stepmother will not produce one

I believe my stepmother is keeping my father`s wishes from my family.I would like to know my rights and or options

Father`s will;stepmother will not produce one

Act as if there is no will. As the child, you can file the probate of an intestate estate. Once you do this,

your stepmother will have to step forward with the will.
