Time share maintenance/renovation fees

Units paid off--yet can not pay fees --now association has assigned to collection agency-units in Aruba- collection agency in Calif I have given up ownership-Can agency collect and/or report to credit bureau

Thank you for your question. To be sure, the collection agency that is seeking to collect from you is located in Aruba? Have they tried to report you to a collection agency already?
