Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Australia
Hi, I've recently received a threat letter from a lawyer, but the lawyer did not sign her name on the letter, instead she signed her company name on the letter. is that still a valid letter?

That is common.
Unless there are special requirements for the letter which we cannot tell without seeing the letter it is common to sign off as the firm.
