Legal Question in Immigration Law in Bahamas
My husband is an immigrant from the Bahama's and we still have yet to start the process of filing for his green card. He has over stayed his Visa by 6+ months. We have a baby due next month and I am starting to worry that he is going to take our daughter back home over sea's without my permission / knowing right away while I am at work etc. What are my rights if he does take her over sea's if she is born here in the united states?

This is not a question of the US immigration law, but a family law matter (so called 'parental kidnapping').
As to your husband's illegal status, why don't you petition for him, so he can adjust status in the USA and become a permanent resident, therefore, as a lawful immigrant it's less likely that he will have an intent to move back abroad.
