Evidence swap

my friend is being charged with weapons manufacturing and at prelim the prosecutor brought out false evidence. how can we prove that the evidence is fake?

By getting a good investigator and experts involved and beating the case at trial, if the prosecution is not willing to dismiss charges. Talk to your lawyer or get a new one if you are not satisfied with the attorney you currently have.

Proving your allegation will require your trial experts and attorneys introduce clear and credible and admissible opposing evidence of how it was fabricated, and what the truth is. Good luck.
