Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have a plea agreement that has 3 tasks, the third being a job training program. Is it possible to replace one task for another?

Ordinarily, the terms of your plea agreement are just that - what you've agreed to do in exchange for the plea deal you got. You can seek a sentence modification from the court if you have compelling reasons to change the terms of the plea you took. The worst they can say is no, right?
