regarding return of a product
when i try to return a product to a store, it repeatedly says that the product has been already returned.so, the store is not tahing my product back and giving my money back

Unless this is a VERY expensive product, I would just ask to talk to upper management and also write a letter.
Did you toss your receipt? Or a copy of the receipt -- I know some stores automatically give "Gift receipts" as a courtesy.
Someone could have found that receipt, shoplifted the item, and then returned it for cash. It is sadly not uncommon.
