Legal Question in Disability Law in California

one 10cc ampule of steroid, 250 pills of steroid were seized by Customs. I am going to forfeit them as by law trying to import to USA. My questions is: Are there any civil or other fines, penalties for this?

Yes! If they arrest you and tell you that you have teh right to remain silent, beleive them! DO NOT ADMIT ANYTHING. DO NOT TALK TO LAW ENFORCEMENT EXCEPT TO TELL THEM YOU WANT AN ATTORNEY AND WILL NOT TALK WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY. THESE ARE FELONY CHAREABLE!

Duh. You face potential arrest on sate and federal felony charges. Exercise your 5th Amendment right to SHUT UP and speak only through your attorney to law enforcement. If charged, feel free to contact me if serious about hiring counsel to try to keep you out of prison or jail.
