Americans w/Disabilities Act

Disparaging pejorative comments and/or behavior in the work place.

Ex: Addressing a fellow employees, one of which is seated in a wheelchair, a person relates a story about the after effects of the rigors of moving from one office to another and says while looking at the employee in the wheelchair, ''I felt like a dirty cripple when I was finished.''

Jeez. I would make sure the incident got back to the boss, if it hasn't already. I would fire the SOB on the spot.

I would also take the other employee to small claims court for $7500 and let him explain his remark to the judge.
