Legal Question in Disability Law in California

diaabled parking

Can a business bar me from parking in a disabled parking spot on private property? The business and my residence (a marina) are owned by the same company. All disabled parking spots are on the business side of the lot that is posted against marina parking.

Of course they can. They could have your car towed for violation. A business is private property that is entitled to limit its use to patrons, disabled or otherwise. You're not a patron apparently. That disabled placard doesn't give you any special privileges other than to use a space the business is required by law to set aside for your use when, and only when, patronizing them.
