Legal Question in Disability Law in California
Need assistant with a parolee who's incarsirated due to violation.
I need to find a way to help a friend that has severe mental problems, which makes it very hard for him to speak up and defend his self, he keeps going through the same situation where he ends up getting violated and do jail time, I want a way for him to receive medical assistant and make sure all is accurate, and no jail time that's unnecessary, so I need to find out who, where and what I can do to help.

Hire him an attorney and a psychiatrist.

You might apply to the court to be his conservator -- to handle his funds and his well-being. The court might be interested in such an arrangement as someone cares about what he's up to. Good luck!
