Is a business required to have handicap parking?

Hello I work at a large government agency, and there is about a thousand people that work in our building and we have no accessible handicap parking. Are they required to have parking for disabled employees.

Yes. I find it hard to believe there are none; those things are heavily regulated. If accurate, then you can file an ADA complaint.
