Legal Question in Disability Law in California

If you are cited as "Drunk In Public" and are already on probation for a DUI will the consequenses be more severe? Is the a chance of jail time?

A condition of your probation was to obey all laws, so you'll have to have a probation violation hearing. If you're lucky, they'll just extend your probation.
