Legal Question in Disability Law in California

my daughter got cought shoplifting, they gave her 50hrs community services but i paid and now i want to block people of seeing her record, what to do & how much will it cost, she is 16 & this just happend in Aug/2011?

If this was in juvenile court, no one can 'see' her record, and it can be sealed when she reaches 18. Contact when that occurs for the legal help you'll need.
