Legal Question in Disability Law in California

disability discrimination

I applied for a sales position at a

major computer companies retail

store. The manager was excited to

meet with me until he saw I was in a

wheel chair. The EEOC's case states

3 out of 4 Prima Facie, of which even

the 4th was shows documented

contradiction. I need to find a

attorney willing to take this case on a

contingency. I am on federal

disability and am low income. I also

have worked with computers for over

30 years. This is not a case of

someone that is upset about not

getting hired, I just wanted a fair

interview. The EEOC's documentation

alone shows one lie after another at

different dates by the manager of

this store who represents this major

company. Can anyone assist in

finding a attorney with passion to

help prevent this from happening to

another. Thank you.

Re: disability discrimination

If you've got any evidence to support your allegations, then you have a case. Keep in mind that 'he said - she said' is not sufficient evidence. I'll be happy to discuss it with you. There may be other things available to show their conduct.
