Legal Question in Disability Law in California
I have a disabled handicap placard and every time I park in the handicap parking space, a worker of that company comes out and tells me I have to move my car, that I can't park there. Can they ask me to move from a handicap parking space while displaying my handicap placard? Is that legal?

Tell them to go pound sand. Unless there are some more facts that you haven't stated.
If you are an employee or a customer at that company, and thus entitled to park in their private property lot, then you should be entitled to use the handicap space. If not an employee or customer, then you have no right to trespass on their property.
