discrimanated because of my disease

I have been working for the government as-need from 2005 to 2007. I took a leave of absent because of my diesease (Dermatomyositis). When I returned I my appearance changed: i gained 30 pounds, and have a skin rash on my face and hands. My boss asked my to wear gloves,gave my disinfected wipes and asked if I was contagious.She

also asked me to write down the name of my disease. 2 weeks ago

my department got a new as-needed employee. I was than tolded I was no longer needed because I was as-needed. Do I have any rights to sue?

Depends. IF you have a 'disability' as defined in the law, and IF they took adverse action [discriminated] against you because of it, then you may have a claim to pursue. A disability is a permanent life altering condition, not a treatable medical condition. If your disease would fit the definition, then ok. You have the burden of proof.
