Legal Question in Disability Law in California

My estranged husband who is disabled ( an amputee with other health issues) is 49 years old. He lived with his mother in a 55 plus senior moble home park. His mother died this year and the park is trying to evict him because he is not a senior. I managed apartments for years and was always told Senior parks had to take the disabled regardless of their age. He also has been living there for over 15 years.

Contact social services and the Dept of Fair Employment and Housing about 'discrimination' , and ask for help. Contact a local attorney for assistance in fighting the action. Review the park rules and regs to see what they say, and so you can provide them to the agencies and attorney.
