Exclusive Handicapped Parking
I live in a condo and a resident disabled homeowner wants the association to grant her a handicapped parking space that only she can use. We already have a space, but she wants a new one closer to her unit. Can we give her own handicapped space that no other disabled person can use?

Not unless you want sued by the other disabled people for discrimination.
