Legal Question in Disability Law in California
ExHusband died. His sister says he had nothing in his name from a large multi million inheritence from their parents. The sister and brother took over his money when he was in jail.
His sons get nothing from what should have been their fathers estate. What can I do to get a copy of his parents will?
