handicap access
What is the law pertaining to public establishments requirements for handicap access. Example: public schools accomodations for disabled students; doors, parking, ramps, hallways, bathrooms etc.?

There are shelves filled with books regarding tho laws, in order to give a law school education to attorneys. If you have a specific question you should ask it. In general, discrimination is prohibited, equal access is required, some exceptions are allowed, etc.

See Americans with Disabilities Act and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, namely that handicapped access is mandated for students with disabilities. You may obtain more information at http://idea.ed.gov/, for example.
