handicap access

What is the law pertaining to public establishments requirements for handicap access. Example: public schools accomodations for disabled students; doors, parking, ramps, hallways, bathrooms etc.?

Re: handicap access

There are shelves filled with books regarding tho laws, in order to give a law school education to attorneys. If you have a specific question you should ask it. In general, discrimination is prohibited, equal access is required, some exceptions are allowed, etc.
