Legal Question in Disability Law in California

How many handicap spaes should the mobilehome park I live in have? I live in Anaheim California and our park only has 1 handicap space. Parking is extremely limited and most of the parking is designated for residents only or visitors with a permit issued by the office. My friend came to visit and was unable to park because the office was closed so I could not get a permit and the only handicap space was occupied by a resident that is always parked in that space.

How many and where they are located is determined by their Building Dept plans and permits. You can ask to see that at the local Building Dept. Or you could ask the Inspectors to visit and verify. Make political and legal 'waves' at your own peril.
