Being Harassed by HOA for Handicapped Parking

What are the requirements of a condo complex in regards to having handicapped parking spaces--Are they required? I am renting and being harassed by HOA while Owners doing the same are not.

You could first check with the local building dept inspectors to determine if the place has the required spaces in the appropriate place. If they don't, then you can validly complain and request compliance. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting legal help in this. Your attorney might be able to 'persuade' them to comply without need for expensive litigation.
