Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I was hired in 1980 I filed workers compensation, workers compensation found me to be injured and I am being restored vac, sick time etc. I also received a letter stated I am being demoted. How do I find an Attorney to represent me I have it all fully documented I stand to lose my life time benefits due to the demotion

A WCAB attorney can do it. You are apparently claiming 'retaliation' for your comp claim, and your remedy is exclusively within WCAB rules, not civil court.
