Legal Question in Disability Law in California
Is it legal in California for a parent to let their 17 year old son have an alcoholic beverage in their home. There would be no other minors present. Also, the minor is not leaving the house after drinking the beverage.

No. But if he doesn't leave, drive, or inform anyone else, there won't be any consequence.
